Now Accepting Applications for ACC Positions

A huge thank you to those that have served on the ACC to date! We are now accepting applications for Architectural Control Committee (ACC) members. This is a volunteer role appointed by the Board. Please email your name, LMSOA property info, and statement of interest to our Office at lmsoa@yahoo.com. Deadline to apply is midnight on November 8, 2024.

Volunteers Needed for Tree Trimming!

We need volunteers to help trim trees to expedite road work. Please contact the Office if you are interested.

Squatters!! Please Check on Your Property!

Instances of trespassing, squatting, theft, and vandalism continue to be a problem in our area. Recent examples include individuals squatting on vacant lots, in empty RVs or structures, and unauthorized tents and encampments. Additional areas of concern are entering unoccupied trailers, theft, illegal tree cutting, and road blockades. LMSOA is urgently asking property owners to come check on your property!! If you are unable to personally visit your property, please contact our Office with proof of ownership and written permission for LMSOA Staff and LMSOA Board Members to inspect your property on your behalf.
