Deed Restriction Violations

 

 

As LMSOA Members/Property Owners, it is your responsibility to read and become familiar with the subdivision restrictions.  Failure to abide by these restrictions could result in penalty fees and/or legal litigation. LMSOA continues to conduct compliance checks throughout the neighborhood to determine if violations exist. LMSOA will never enter a homeowner's property without permission. LMSOA will take pictures of infractions from the street if violations are visible. Review your Deed Restrictions below to determine if there is anything that needs to be corrected to avoid receiving a violation notice.

LMSOA relies on owners to report violations as they see them! To report a Deed Restriction Violation, please fill out the Deed Restriction Violation Form by clicking the button above. Forms are also available in the Office.

LMSOA Amenities Policies

Lake Medina Shores Owners Association (“LMSOA”) wants to maintain a welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere at our amenities, parks and facilities. To maintain these areas for the enjoyment of our members, LMSOA has implemented these policies.
