LMSOA Dump
LMSOA offers waste disposal services to its members and non-members (for a fee) by running a dump facility on LMSOA property. Several times a year, LMSOA also schedules “Big Dump Days” where the LMSOA Dump will accept large items for set prices. ​

Hours of Operation
The LMSOA dump is currently open as follows:
-
Tuesdays 4-6pm CST (2 hours)
-
Wednesday 10am-12pm CST (2 hours)
-
Saturday 10am-12pm CST (2 hours)
-
Closed all other days and times not listed above.

Schedule is subject to change.
The LMSOA Dump Attendant can accept cash or check as payment for dump fees. Payment must be collected prior to entering and using the LMSOA Dump.

LMSOA Member Prices
For $15.00 per month, LMSOA property owners whose dues are current may dispose of the following at the LMSOA Dump:

(1) 55-gallon barrel; or
-
(1) 55-gallon bag; or
-
(2) 33-gallon barrels; or
-
(2) 33-gallon bags; or
-
(5) 12-gallon bags
Instead of paying a monthly fee, LMSOA property owners whose dues are current may dispose of the following at the LMSOA Dump priced per barrel and/or bag:
-
$3.00 for each 55-gallon barrel
-
$2.00 for each 33-gallon barrel; or
-
$2.00 for each 33-gallon bag; or
-
$1.00 for each 12-gallon bags
Note: There is no charge for cardboard or aluminum cans.

Non-LMSOA Prices
Non-Member prices will be available online soon. Please inquire with Office or Dump Attendant for Non-Member pricing.

Regularly Accepted Items
The LMSOA Dump will accept the following items:

Household Trash

Cardboard (no charge)
-
Small Appliances (Washers / Dryers / Small TVs)

*Refrigerators, Freezers, A/C units ONLY IF they have had the Coolant/ Freon removed by a licensed recycler and certification of removal must be affixed to the unit

Aluminum Cans

The LMSOA Dump cannot accept the following items:

Septic waste

Oversized Items unless on Big Dump Days (ex. mattresses)
